Introducing Andrew Brown, General Manager of Carrfields Financial Services.

Working in finance and insurance for over 30 years, Andrew has helped clients across various sectors and industries, such as automotive, agriculture, construction, hospitality, and manufacturing, with their finance, insurance, and leasing needs.

He has led teams of brokers and professionals who offered customized finance and insurance solutions and has focused on improving processes and systems to make them more efficient, productive, and higher quality. In doing so, Andrew has increased revenue, market share, profitability, customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Andrew has a lot of knowledge and skills in finance, insurance, strategy, negotiation, business planning, and sales management. He is passionate about delivering value and excellence to clients and stakeholders and upholds the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Over the last 30 years Andrew has had a wide variety of roles with the likes of Heartland Bank where he was the Head of Consumer Credit, National Manager of Brands and Leasing, National Manager of Consumer and CEO Marac Insurance. Prior to this Andrew spent 15 years at Blackwell Motors in Christchurch where he was the Sales Director looking after the sales teams and the Finance and Insurance departments. More recently he was the Regional Manager for Crombie Lockwood Christchurch and the Head of South Island Corporate.
