We are about to head into one of the busier periods for ag chem, and we have spent quite a bit of time recently talking and continue to talk with suppliers around forecasting for the coming season, to make sure we are able to provide the products you require, when you want it and at a good price.
It’s fair to say COVID-19 has added some extra emphasis on the above process, with such a large reliance on overseas imports for products and active ingredients. But we will continue to work hard to ensure we are ahead of the game in this space.
Our ag chem business continues to evolve and grow, and one exciting addition to part of the business is the appointment of Alex Woods to our ag chem delivery team.
The appointment of Alex Wood who will work alongside Paul Lamb (Sheepy), who has been doing a fantastic job in this space, but the two working in tandem will help us beef up and streamline our ag chem on-farm delivery service and take it even further, and provide a great on-farm delivery experience to our growers in the South/North Canterbury and beyond in a timely/efficient manner, while continuing to provide this high level service to our growers throughout Mid Canterbury.
So, watch out for Paul and Alex on the road and on farm, and don’t hesitate to talk to your local Carrfields Grain & Seed Agronomist about getting access to this service.
We are also excited to announce, in conjunction with Nufarm, you will receive double Priority Partnership Points on Nufarm purchases from Carrfields Grain & Seed, until the end of August 2020. If you are not a member sign up today and start reaping the rewards. Click here to join. See below for further details.
I just want to wish you all the best for the coming season and remember Carrfields Grain & Seed can offer you the complete package across the board in crop protection.
