Rachael Robinson joined us back in mid-October as an Arable Agronomist who will look to focus in the Darfield/Hororata/North Canterbury areas, her appointment comes on the back of the increased demand we have in the multiplication space.
Rachael is highly experienced in the agronomy space, previously working for Farmlands Grain & Seed where she operated as Lead Arable Agronomist for the South Island. Prior to this Rachael worked as a well-regarded Production Agronomist for Agriseeds and Cropmark.
Logan started with Carrfields Grain & Seed on Monday, his focus will be to strengthen and grow our pastoral footprint in the Mid-Canterbury area.
Logan is well equipped to add a lot of value to his pastoral farmers, working previously for  Farmsource Ashburton where he has been for just over 7 years, 4 of these as a TSR (Technical Sales Rep) in the Mid Canterbury West area servicing and advising his farming customers and spent 3 years in store management roles. Prior to this he was farming in the Mayfield/ Ruapuna area for 15 years
Jimmy Martin also started with us on Monday. His main focus is to work with the seed stores managing the cleaning and treating schedule to meet our customers’ requirements.
Jimmy comes to us from Niagara Sawmilling where he gained a wealth of knowledge in his export logistics role.
Mark will look to start with us on 5 January 2021. Mark is highly experienced having worked for a combined 21 years with Tegel foods, Weston Milling (AB Mauri) and Seales Winslow in senior executive roles covering operations, sales and both national and international procurement of raw materials. Marks main focus will be to run and manage the feed and milling grain part of the business.
